II. Equipment development process
1. Prototype verification has been done before design; this longitudinal film stretching machine has been provided to many customers and achieved very good results. After using our equipment, the quality of the film has been significantly improved, the production efficiency has been improved, and the production cost has been reduced. 2. Design thinking process
- Determine the applicable material: First, it is necessary to clarify the type of film material for the longitudinal stretching machine, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), etc. Different materials have different physical properties and stretching requirements, which will affect the design parameters of the equipment.
- Set production capacity: According to market demand and customer requirements, determine the production capacity of the longitudinal stretching machine, including the width, thickness range and production speed of the film. This will determine the size, power and transmission system design of the equipment.
- Meet quality requirements: The designed longitudinal stretching machine should be able to produce films that meet quality standards, including thickness uniformity, tensile strength, transparency and other indicators. This requires precise temperature control, tension control and stretching mechanism design.
- Stretching structure design: The stretching mechanism is the core part of the longitudinal stretching machine, and usually uses multiple sets of stretching rollers for stretching. Parameters such as the number, diameter, spacing and surface treatment of the stretching rollers need to be designed according to the film material and stretching requirements to ensure that the film is evenly stressed during the stretching process without wrinkles and breaks.
3. Process debugging:
- Carry out trial production of the film and adjust the process parameters of the stretching machine, such as stretching temperature, stretching ratio, speed, etc. Observe the stretching effect and quality of the film, and continuously adjust the process parameters until the best stretching effect and quality are achieved.
- Carry out quality inspection of the trial-produced film, including thickness uniformity, tensile strength, transparency and other indicators. According to the test results, further adjust the process parameters to improve the quality of the film.
